UK deliveries are via Royal Mail and require a signature. Please allow 3 to 5 days.
Next Day Guaranteed when ordered before 12.00pm.

Bespoke/Made to Order Items
If not in stock, items are made to order and have a delivery lead time of 2-3 weeks.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn and in perfect condition. We ask that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, with original labels still intact.
Christmas orders placed during December may be returned until 7th January.
Remember, please retain proof of purchase and also proof of postage.
Postage will be charged on returns however refunds will be credited to your original method of payment if found to be faulty, once the goods are received and checked.
If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid customs charges.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
To return your items, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns form. Complete this and include it with the goods. Make sure you securely package your items. Send back to the address detailed on the returns form.
We cannot be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage and return items by First or Second Class ‘Signed For’.
Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty (unless fault accepted at point of sale).
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours with details and any pictures, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.
In the unlikely event the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Show and Wholesale Items
Items bought from shows can only be exchanged for other goods or a credit note within 7 days; they cannot be refunded. Faulty items may be exchanged or a credit note issued. Please contact email@example.com.
